"Dabkeh Live Stream Dance Session"
Fundraiser with DJ Bassam

Saturday, June 13th at 2pm EST!

During the COVID-19 outbreak, vulnerable communities around the globe need support more than ever. In an effort to fundraise for said communities, DJ Bassam Haddad has launched, "In My House." This project includes the live-streamed house sessions by DJ Bassam Haddad. As the music moves its listeners to dance in their home quarantine, we hope that it will also move listeners to donate what they can to support those suffering from the impact of this pandemic.

For each session played, the DJ himself will donate $200 to the organization being promoted that week.

All proceeds from the twelfth live stream will be split between the NGOs Skoun and Mountada Al Moukaadin.

Skoun aims to help people with addiction problems claim their lives by providing a nonjudgmental and caring environment of client-centered treatment and counseling. They deliver the tools and information necessary to reduce the harm caused by drug use and advocate for drug policy change, increased public awareness and education regarding addiction

Founded in 1993, Mountada Al Moukaadin is dedicated to assisting disabled people by providing free of charge assistance. The NGO participated in the making of the Law 2000/220 which met the minimum standards and right to be given to every disabled individual. Today, they are providing physiotherapy for more than 200 people per month.

ACT for Lebanon has conducted assessments that identified the most vulnerable unsupported hospitals, paramedic organizations and medical waste treatment facilities. Your donation will help fund the purchase and delivery of essential supplies and personal protective equipment to reduce and stop the spread of the virus.
